Below we have outlined some answers to questions you may have about securing your new CRV caravan.

After you have reserved a CRV, you will receive a receipt for your deposit via email. You will also be contacted by the Crusader Caravans dealer you nominated on the reservation form. Your dealer will confirm all order details such as your preferred model and preferred colour. Your dealer will also process the balance of the full deposit needed (10% of the purchase price) in order to finalise your order. Your spot in the production line will be secured, pending payment of the 10% deposit within 7 days of reserving your van. The $1,000 you have already paid to reserve your van will form part of your 10% deposit.

Your dealer will be in touch to confirm when your CRV will be ready for collection.

After submitting the reservation payment, there is a 3 business day cooling off period. If you decide during this cooling off period that you no longer wish to purchase a CRV, please contact your selected dealership.  Your selected Crusader Caravans dealer will cancel your reservation. We will then return your $1,000 van reservation payment to you via Stripe. The funds will be returned to the original credit card submitted.
